Order Processing

• We process orders from Monday to Friday, taking a break on public holidays.
• Most orders are taken care of within 1–2 business days.
• If you place your order after 2 PM, it might be processed the next business day.

You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on where you are and how much your order weighs.
• For most places in The Bahamas, you can expect delivery in about 2–5 business days.
•  If you’re ordering to the Family Islands or internationally, delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method you choose.

Local Delivery & Store Pickup

Local Delivery: We offer delivery in select areas of Nassau, with fees that depend on how far you are.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers to ensure your delivery is reliable, including local courier services for island-wide shipping.

Delays & Backorders

We aim for timely delivery, but sometimes shipping can be delayed due to high demand, supplier issues, or weather. If an item is on backorder, we’ll keep you in the loop with estimated restock and delivery times.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing: Please reach out to us right away at info@skydiscountbs.com with your order number and any photos if you have them.

We’ll coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
