Refund and Return Policy

Returns

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as you meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging. 
• A copy of the original receipt or invoice is necessary.
  
• - All returns need to be pre-authorized.

Refunds

Once we get your returned item and check its condition, we’ll let you know about the status of your refund. If it’s approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defect.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, just contact us with your order number and details. 

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective items returned after 15 days or without the original packaging.

Non-Returnable

Items Keep in mind that the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or special-order items
• Used or installed parts 
•  Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
